See whether AI recommends you, across five engines
More people ask AI instead of searching. AI tracking asks the questions your customers ask in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews, then shows how often your site is mentioned or cited and who gets recommended instead.
How it works
- 1Set up your brand and topicsWe research your site and suggest the prompts that matter to your market, grouped by topic.
- 2Prompts run on a scheduleEach prompt is asked on the engines you choose, daily, weekly or monthly, and the answers are stored.
- 3Read your share of answersSee how often you are mentioned or cited, by engine and over time, against your rivals, with the sources each answer used.
What you get
- Five engines
- ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews.
- Share of answers
- The share of answers that mention you, and how it moves.
- Citations
- Which of your pages, and which other sites, AI used as sources.
- Competitors
- Who is recommended when you are not.
- Prompt history
- The full answer for each run, so you can read what AI actually said.
- Topics
- Group prompts so you can see strong and weak areas.
A worked example: where you disappear
You track 18 prompts about invoicing. Your share of answers is 34%, up six points. ChatGPT mentions you in a third of answers, and Perplexity in under one in five.
One prompt stands out: "simple client portal for a one-person agency" never mentions you, and every answer cites the same three sites. That is a clear job: get onto those sources, or publish the page that answers the question better. You can see it because you are tracking the exact question, not guessing.
What AI tracking costs
The price depends on the engine. ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews are about $0.002 an answer. Perplexity and Claude are real model answers, so they cost more. You choose the engines, and the app shows the cost before it runs. Lookups come out of the usage your plan includes each month, priced from the cost of the data. Repeating a recent lookup is free, and top-ups never expire.
| One prompt on ChatGPT, Gemini or Google AI | about $0.002 |
| One prompt on Perplexity | about $0.05 |
| One prompt on Claude | about $0.23 |
| 18 prompts weekly on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI, a month | about $0.43 |
| Add Perplexity to that | about $3.74 more |
| Add Claude to that | about $16.63 more |

Questions about ai tracking
Which AI engines are tracked?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the engine. About $0.002 an answer on ChatGPT, Gemini or Google AI Overviews, $0.05 on Perplexity and $0.23 on Claude. Tracking 18 prompts weekly on the first three is about $0.43 a month, and Claude alone would add about $16.63.
How often are prompts run?
Daily, weekly or monthly, as you choose.
Are AI answers the same every time?
No. They vary from run to run, so the trend over many checks matters more than any single answer.
How do I get mentioned more?
Find the prompts where rivals win, see which sources are cited, and publish or earn the pages that answer those questions. The AI explorer and the guide below show how.
