Translate quotes into seeds
For each quote, drop the filler and keep the core phrase. Note any jargon gap: the customer says "get paid faster" while you say "accounts receivable automation". The customer's phrase is usually the one they type into search.
- Quote: "clients keep paying me late and I hate chasing them"
- Seeds: chasing late payments, client late payment, payment reminder email
- Your internal term: accounts receivable automation (rarely searched)
Check which seeds have demand
Run each seed through a keyword tool. Keep the ones with measurable volume, and keep a short watch list of seeds with none but clear intent, since tools often undercount rare phrases.
Respect privacy
Remove names and identifying details from the quotes you store, and only use recordings you have consent for.
Run it with your AI agent
Connect your agent to Auditmatic, then paste this prompt. Replace the parts in angle brackets. It reads real data and asks before it spends anything.
Use my Auditmatic project for <your-domain>. Here are customer quotes: <paste 10 anonymised quotes>. Turn each into two or three seed phrases, then run research_keywords on the best seeds. Return a table: quote, seed, volume, difficulty, and whether it is worth a page. Keep zero-volume seeds with clear intent on a separate watch list.
Without a tool
You can do this by hand with free tools:
- Copy 10 customer messages into a spreadsheet, removing names.
- Write the core phrase beside each.
- Search each phrase in Google autocomplete and a keyword tool.
Questions
How many quotes do I need?
Ten to twenty is enough to start. Patterns show up quickly.
What if my customers use technical terms?
Then those terms are your seeds. The aim is to match the words your audience really uses.
