A monthly ranking report your boss or client will read

Start with the result
Open with the number the reader cares about: organic visits, sign-ups, or leads from search, with the change from last month. Rankings are the cause, not the headline.
Group the movement
- Gained: keywords that moved up, with the biggest first.
- Lost: keywords that moved down.
- New: keywords that entered the first page.
Explain the key rows
Pick three keywords and say why they moved: a page you improved, a competitor's change, a seasonal pattern. A sentence each is enough.
Next steps
End with the two or three actions for next month, so the report leads to decisions.
- Organic visits: 2,140, up 12% on last month
- Gained: 9 keywords, the biggest is "invoice reminder email template" from 14 to 6
- Next: improve three pages that sit on positions 8 to 12
Run it with your AI agent

Use my Auditmatic project for <your-domain>. Run run_rank_tracker, then compare this month with last month. Write a one-page report: organic visits from get_search_console_performance, keywords gained, lost and new, three key changes with a likely reason each, and three next steps. Save it with save_report and keep it under 400 words.
Without a tool
You can do this by hand with free tools:

- Write the four sections above on one page.
Questions
How long should the report be?
One page. If a reader needs more, link to a longer appendix.
Should I report every keyword?
